    you know it’s funny you should say that because i can’t recall ever seeing a guard dog release on the first command now that i think about it,even professionally trained dogs working with law enforcement…idk it always seems to take a few seconds and a couple repeats of the command to snap the dog out of it

    That is not a proper guard dog his temperament is wrong he should have never been trained. A guard dog needs to release on the first command every time. Training a dog with the wrong temperament is a bad idea, seriously.
